PLACING ORDERS
Once you’ve selected the desired style, size, and quantity of your purchase, please click “Add To Cart”. You may continue to shop and add to the shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, go to the upper right-hand corner of the page and click on the shopping bag icon (the number on the shopping bag icon indicates the number of items you have in your cart). Once you click the shopping bag icon, you’ll be able to review your order and make any changes, if necessary. When you’re satisfied with the order, click “Checkout” and follow the instructions to complete the purchase. You’ll receive an automatic email confirmation that your order has been placed.

We know you just can’t wait to receive your NOPE BUTLER jewelry. We can't wait either. We’ll keep you informed of your order status by sending an order status email notification. You will also receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS

Order cancellations will be honored within 24 hours of order receipt. A full refund will be credited to your credit card within 3-5 business days. A change to an order is not guaranteed. We thrive to provide the best customer experience and we will do our best to accommodate any change requests. However, once your order goes into production, change requests may or may not be possible, depending on how far into production we are. And this is on a case by case basis. Therefore, we highly encourage you to review your order carefully prior to placing it.
