For most orders, each piece is made to order by our expert silver artisan. From silver casting, stone setting, and a multiple polishing process. Because of the passion and attention to detail we put into each piece of our jewelry, please allow at least 2 weeks for production, processing, and handling time before orders are shipped out. We do keep a reasonable stock for some of our most popular items. In-stock orders received by 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped out on the same day. Orders received thereafter will be shipped out on the next business day. All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. Depending on the destination, please allow up to 5 business days for your shipment to arrive.
